The first data credit card processing company is # one ripoff in this country ! , when i opened my business checking acount with CCU bank i asked them if they know any processing comany for credit card, they said yes we know this company ( first data ) and they gave me the business card for the agent sandra , she work for first data and call her and she did stop by and we agreed to pay 1.69 % from the cross !!!!!  , Befor that she asked me if i was dealing with other merchant services befor and i said yes im still with US bank and i showed her the last month statement, and she said The US bank rate is good but still we can save you about $60. per month !!

So i asked her , If i'm paying about $650. per month and i do $20,000 gross ! , How much your company will charge me ? , She said we can save you about $40 - $60 per month , I said : you know what that is good but even if i pay the same i will be more than happy !, And next day we sign the contract ! on april,2012.

First month i checked the statement was good ! and 2nd ok 3rd ok, After that they start going up by new year i was paying 5.8% , $1700 per month !!, I called the agent they said she is no longer with us but here is the phone # for new agent ( vidal .A ) , I called him and told him about my issue and he asked me to fax the statement , And i did faxed him the statement , I called him almost every day he keep ignure me ! after week i called the first data compay ( 800 5059425 ) and i spoke to catty after another week of waiting and i asked her why your company ( first data ) charge me almost 5.8% and we agreed on 1.69 % ??!!!, Anyways her anwser make no sense , and i decide to call US bank back and get there service back ! . I was so so so mad , because i lost almost $7000. just because i trust the first data processing compay ! and i did learn from my mistake but the hard way , I know it's hard but i will do my best to get my money back !
