Sales reps lied about the price of 9.95/mo and no extra fees, I signed up for 2 memberships and found out there is a $30 fee as well. Had membership for only 2 mo and was charged $80. The 281 and 800 numbers barely work I tried to call for a mointh before someone finally answerwed the phone, the touch tone system willl kick you back to the main menu about 10 times before this. Customer service sucks, I was also told I could go to the gym to cancel my membership. when i went to the gym I was told to call the number, after calling the number I was told I would have to send in writing and it would take an additional 30days to cancel, sol basically they will charge you an additional month for thier crappy little gym. These are popping up all over wish I would've looked on here first before signing up. the price of 9.95/mo is to good to be true I should've known that. Will probably just close this bank account after reading other reviews of requests to cancel being ignored. BUYER BEWARE

That would be a incredibly dumb thing to do. Finish out the process!!! You really dont want this to be the issue that prevents you from buying a house or getting a loan. Jump through the hoops they have placed in front of you. I know its not right or fair, but better this then just closing your bank account. They will send it to collections. You ofcourse will just throw away any letters you would be getting from them. Well EVERY MONTH new interest charges go onto what you owe. So pay it off and get out from under it. Dont let them ruin your credit.
