flex card program ccc.flexcardprogram.com credit card fraud - ripoff Boca Raton, Florida

I had the same problem.  I applied and was "approved" for an unsecured line of credit on Nov 13, 2011 at a cost of $69, and was offered the chance to double the amount of credit for an add'l $29.  They took the money out of my account that day.  As of today, Dec 10, I still have not rec'd the card. 

I have tried numerous times to email them, but I keep getting delivery failures, saying that email address is invalid.  Yet they keep emailing me from these same addresses about a $1500 cash advance.  When I try to reply with my own message trying to get answers, I get delivery failures.  I even received an email from them saying now that I was approved, I could apply for a refund of my security deposit.  However, this refund is no more than a payday loan they want you to apply for.

I tried going thru the website to see if I could get info about receiving the card, but every time I clicked on any of the so-called "3 ways" this can be utilized, I again get directed to a payday loan application. 

Anyone out there who has applied for this and has actually rec'd their card??  Any way to just get my money back?

Orchard Bank and Capital One are reputable and the way to go.  Do NOT apply for this FlexCard - what a scam!!
