I recieved a call at my moms house first off (I have not been living there in 6 years!) from Robert MIlls telling I had a small balance and I would be taken to court if it wasn't immediatly pd! I had no I dea what he was talking about what so ever. He informed me that I had a $77 amount due and they were taking me to court if it was not pd immediatly- I told him I don't have the money right off hand and no one in a year has contacted me regarding this certain bill, and further more I have given updates on my new number to the company he was collecting for!

I said "I don't even live here. I just happened to pick up the phone for my mother," He replied that "maybe you should pay your bills and I wouldn't have to call you at your mothers home" I was out raged and hung up the phone!

The next day I called mr mills again and apolgized being the bigger person and asked if I could make my payment that following week- he said "no, I would have a court summons already" so my Mother paid my bill- In about three weeks I get a letter in the mail collecing for the money, I called and couldn't get a hold of him. Then today it showed up on my credit report!!

It hasn't been there in supposedly a year (that is supposedly how long it was due) How concidently that I pay and just now they decide to put this bill on my credit report! I called mr mills and he acted like he didn't care one bit- he just told me it can take up to 90 days! UNACCEPTBLE! I am going to be renting a new apartment in a month!

This comapny is rude and has no human compasion! and I hope no one has to deal with this company! I advise you to keep everything!

LIGHT HOUSE CAPITAL - SUSAN LIENHART FRAUD - FLORIDA FIRST FINANCIAL

AUTHOR: Keithwhite - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, January 08, 2009

On 12/23/08 Reed Lienhart showed up at my home around 7:30pm I was sleeping and awoke to a loud pounding on the door so hard I thought the door was going to come off the hinges. At first I thought maybe there was a fire, or maybe an emergancy, so I quickly answered the door. When I answered the door it was Reed Lienhart. I asked him what he wanted and he stated he wanted me to delete my postings off rip off dot com and to change any further testimony in depositions about Susan Lienhart recieveing money from Florida First. I informed Reed that wouldnt be done, and his comment was that the attorneys wont find anything anyhow because cash is not traceable. During this conversation Reed kept receiving phone calls on his cell phone. After the fourth call coming in on his cell phone, I asked if he was going to answer the phone or just keep letting it ring. He said it was Susy and he wasnt going to answer the phone or leave my house until I changed my mind about changing further testimonys and removing rip off dot com reports I posted before. I told Reed to leave my house and he said you know I have a consealed weapons permit and always carry a knife, things can happen. At this point I was fairly scared because Reed has been backed into a courner by Susan and when people get backed into a courner they only have one option and thats to come out fighting. I dont like to lie about things but I did tell Reed ok, let me call rip off dot com and see if I can have it removed now please just leave my home. Reed said I will expect a call from you in a few days to let me know when you removed it and he left.

"Florida First Financial Group will not respond to a complaint on rip off report.com. As it would be a violation of: The Florida consumer collection practices act, The Federal Fair debt collection practices act, and Federal Fair credit reporting act."

As you're making statements of law, I will assume that you are an attorney. I will also assume that you received your law degree from Billy-Bob's Big School of Fly Fishing, Pig Wrestling and Law.

It is in no way a violation of any of those laws to respond to a complaint regarding your company's actions, so long as the consumer's identity is kept confidential.

If you want to see examples of a few ACTUAL violations of those laws, read the original report (i.e. threatenting criminal prosecution where such is not available, threatening a civil action where none is intended to be taken, false reporting to a collection agency, using abusive language, holding yourself out as a law firm when you are not, should I go on?).

"If the consumer filing this complaint wants to resolve the matter they can send written complains to the corporate office location. Any other complaints filed here will be viewed as malicious and forwarded to our corporate counsel for resolution"

So, in sum, you don't want potential clients to know that they could potentially be impleaded into a lawsuit because of the actions taken by your company. You prefer that complaints like the one above be swept under the rug, and that the complainant receive advice from YOUR agents rather than those of us who actually have her best interests in mind, and who can advise her of her rights under the law.

Stop operating in violation of the law and you won't have to worry about people implicating those pesky little consumer rights. Oh, and maybe you should make a trip to Billy Bob's Big School of Continuing Legal Education and learn a little bit about how these laws actually work.

Maybe you can even learn the actual definition of "malicious."
