Footsmart.com Poor quality shoes, overpriced return shipping, difficult return process Internet

I ordered from Footsmart.com for the first time in May 2016.  They represent themselves as having high quality shoes that are really good for your feet.  When I received the shoes which were brands Earth Origins, Merrell, Naturalizer and Easy Street, they were all of very poor quality.  The Merrell shoes weighed about 6 ounces, they were so cheap in quality.  The Naturalizers were about the same.  The Easy Street shoes were like pure plastic, shouldn't even be called shoes.  The Earth Origins were even like heavy plastic overall. 

The return process was as old school as it gets.  Filling out tiny pieces of paper manually, wrestling around to get the mailing labels displayed and printed, and the return prices are ridiculous.  I paid $23.00 to send this "stuff" back.  And they took about 3 weeks to credit my card. 

I emailed them and let them know exactly what I've written above.  I offered for them to refund my return shipping and I might give them one more try if they also prepaid any subsequent return shipping.  They immediately declined.

My advice, don't shop here.  You don't get what you expect and then you pay a chunk of time and money to send it back.
