Sent my RayBan frames for repair over two months ago and opted for replacement of lenses by their outside lab. The lab has had my frames for weeks, supposedly waiting for lens blanks. In the meantime FF charged my credit card a month ago and just keeps saying the lab has the frames, don't know when they will be sent back. Disputed the charge with my credit card company and FF says they will send them back COD, since they don't trust me!!

The stone balls of these folks is unbelievable! Do not use these folks for anything!!!
