Freedom Pop Ripping off

Freedom Pop takes advantage of folks living in internet underserved areas.

We live in the country and thought their product would give us internet wireless.  Before I ordered, they said we were covered in the zone; after it arrived they confessed it was not.

The device arrives without a return address.  No way to send it back.  First fraud and chalk it up to experience.  Zero data used. 

Then billed for another month of use. 

FINALLY after becoming so angry at the tangled web to get to someone to actually cancel the account and after being on hold for 45 minutes, I reached a person who cancelled my account. 

One more charge and I go to the attorney general.
