my name is melissa. i am so angry about what happend to me. i have been riped off by freedom gold. they called me and explained their company to me but at first i was interested but i decied that iwas not going to get the credit card that the offerd me. after i talked it over with my husband and he told me that that was'nt a good idea.

so the next day i decied that i wanted to cancel after i heard my husband's opion after i explained the program to him. so i called them up told them that i wanted to cancel with them so they ask me why i told them that i wasn't interested any more. how do i go about getting my refund back. so they told to write to FREEDOM GOLD 10500 ULMERTON RD STE.726-302 LARGO,FL 33771.

so i wrote the next day JULY 1,2006. so i waited 10 days before i called them about my refund and the told me that my refund was in the mail so i said okay . after another 10 day's pass i called again they had mess my address up so i am thinking after i corrected my addrress with them that my check would be here. so every time i called they had a excuse to give me. so that is why am writing you all today to help me get my money back and more if possible.

i am so disgusted with that company i want to shut them down. also the 7th time that i called i talk to the manager charles hester ext.272 he was rude to me and promised me that he would put my money back in my account neaver did. i know that i called that copany 16 times and everybody gave me the run around about my monet.
