Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I purchased a Freedompop phone in Februrary and it has been a big runaround trying to get the defective phone replaced. on three separate occasions I have called their support number, waited from 45minutes to an hour and fifteen minutes for someone to answer, went through the same troubleshooting procedures three times and was promised an email with the RA # and instructions and address of where to send the defective phone. The Emails never arrive and I keep having to go back to square one over and over again with no service in the meantime.

Freedom pop finally issued a return authorization after I posted this complaint but has been MIA ever since. I am disgusted by the blatant ripoff and sockpuppet response posted here.
This ripoff is indefensible and anyone defending them would have suspicious motivation.

UPS Shows that Freedompop receved the phone 4/14/2015 and Freedompop has still not exchanged the phone.

freedompop is not a scam. the problem is slow learner that dont research. I replaced a phone last month. I had a problem with my zte force. I sent them a message on facebook and they answered within minutes. they sent me a prepaid label and I had my new phone in a couple days. the sad part is people don't do research. I know 6 people with freedompop and everyone is happy. it seems trolls try so hard to make freedompop look like a scam. it's not working since they are still here making money.
