freedompop no customer service: leave you on hold for hours days and then disconnect. Send faulty equipment. Take money from your account without your approval. Don't confirm what they say they have sold you. Can't access account or make changes. Nationwide

This compan's claims are not sincere. They offer no customer service. The leave you on hold for hours, days, and just disconnect. They take their time shipping product all while charging for it. Then when you receive it, doesn't work. Can't find out what i am paying for, no access to account info. They take money from your account that is not authorized.

Bad news; NOT FREE!
I originally reported this outfit months ago after they kept charging all kinds of fees and selling me several devices of which didn't work. They have continually been taking money out of my account and I don't use any of their devices. When I call and complain they will remove charges until this last time when they took another approximently $17 dollars out of my account.
When I complained and threatened to report them to Fraud they immediately cut off my free service for my phone. (which turned out to never be free even tho I didn't use it).
They refused to refund my money so I told them that I am going to report them to my credit card as Fraud. However, they told me that I would not get my money back period.
If there is a class action suit against these people, please sign me up.
