This is by far the worst company I have ever dealth with my life.  

I ordered Flowers for Valentiens day on Feb 11th, and I wanted them to get there on Feb 13th (A day before Valentines Day) 

When they called back to tell me that they could not get the flowers there before noon like I had requested and paid an extra $4.99 for, they had the date wrong.  I corrected them and told them I needed them there by the 13th, and the women on the phone was also to refund my $4.99.  

They did not arive on the 13th.  When I called them on the 13th the told me they would get there on the 14th which is Valentines day. At this time is was discoved that the first girl I talked to never refunded the $4.99.  They still did not arive on the 14th.  When I called again, waiting at least 1/2 hr to ge someone, , and I Asked to speak to a manager about a refund.  I was transfered to a Managers number who was not there, and it hung up on me.  I Called back and waiting for someone for another half hour, and was hung up on again.  Then finally got someone that and was assured they would get the flowers there on the 15th.  Of course the 15th comes and all day goes by and they still did not deliever the flowers.  I emailed them 4 times today and was assured they would be delievered.  After now calling again I was promised that they will be there tomorrow.  That will be 4 days after I needed them there, and 3 days after valentines day.  

I have zero confidence that this company will do anything they say.  They blame the local florist that they hire which to me is horrible business.  They sub our work to incompentent companies, and they are incompentent as well.  I paid to perform and they did not, they should not plame anyone but them selves.  

If the company they hire to do and deliver the flowers could not perform the job, they should have hired somone elese.  

I do not feel like I should have to pay for this order at all.  The terrible discount they game me for a refund does not come close to paying for the aggrivation they put me through and the fact that they completely ruined the Valentines day gift.  

They are a horible company and I would not recomend using them!
