The Room Store - Johnny Marovich Still not delivered ripoff Phoenix Arizona

I went and purchased a few grand of furniture after purchasing my first home about a month ago. Met with Johnny, he shmoozed with my family, we made the purchase and that is when the BS began.

SO, there was this rug I wanted and "johnny" aka liar, scammer was talking to me as my folks were still looking around the store to see if they wanted anything. He started going over pricing/delivery and talking to me about how little he was to make on this deal. Well, being that I work in sales, the last thing in the world I could ever imagine is trying to make one of my customers feel guilty for how little I made off of a sale. I guess furniture sales = sh**ty sales person.

Warning sign number one, my fault for not walking out right then. However, this whole crappy industry presents itself like a bunch of sharks looking at baby seals coming thru their doors. I found the stuff I liked and purchased it. One of the things John did do right was to offer to personally deliver the almost 400 dollar place rug personally that weekend. This is what set me off this afternoon.

2 nights ago, almost 3 weeks after the purchase, after several phone messages left for d1**face, I still have no rug. I called the store today to speak to a manager and no manager. (Funny, I saw the same on another post) Well, after tearing thru my receipts, paydirt. Said sales guy leaves his cell on his card.

Long story long he tried to lie his way out of the situation. The other day, I finally got hold of him and he said he would call at 9 to get directions to my place to finally drop this rug off. Guess what, no call, no show. I called this scum today, on his day off to let him know just how displeased I was with his BS. he said he would get it here tomorrow no matter what.

I aint holding my breath.

If you have a similar situation do not put up with this. I will return all this crap to the "Room Store", call the media, my lawyer, and the BBB just to mess back with these scum bags. Don't get pissed, get even. I am just starting. DO NOT fall for this type of preditory sales. False promises to make and solidify a sale with literally no delivery.
