Dr. Richard Weiss does his surgery in his office this is real hard on the patient to most good qualfied Doctors use a hoapital sugery room..this saves him alot more money.Please I wish I was told about him before I had the surgery .He has a very confident look but don't be fooled anything past Botox and your taking a big chance remember ounce under the knife it becomes perminent there's no going back and it's your body not his don't feel intimadated...It's true he calls himself a Plastic Surgeon but thats only on paper..
