 This complaint indicates no rip-off being perpetrated by Gigmasters. Sounds like sour grapes. Loser!

Now you can talk to a friendly girl at 866 3429794, who says that gigmasters has a buyer protection, there team will step with you every way.  First of all does that mean gigmasters is using these people that they send out as EMPLOYEES.Irs says when you send someone out over and over they work for you. Second, how can this team give you protection on these companys when a great number of them are illegal. Most have no license, I have checked, alot are doing trademark infrigment and under ground economy.  GIGMASTERS says that they are accountabile, you have the Gigmasters  word.  That and 2 dollars you can buy a cup  of coffee.

Is it not illegal to advertise false information. Most of all the locations of the performers are false. Is it not illegal for you to do trademark infrigment. Someone needs to take a close look at this company.

Andy Zandy proudly says on your site, Spiderman and Jedi parties on the front page of his ad. How can your site do tons of trademark characters, and all this underground economy and still stand.Gigmasters, I looked into 9 companys and 8 were illegal. Let the record show who you are to all.

 I  just looked into 7 of your kids party group, 6 were not licensed.   Two lied and said they are  corp, they are not, by search of ca corp search.  Trademark of disney characters on one, and the sites lie  where the town most of them are located at. I am sure thats because you don't want people  to call them yourself for less. But with a little time and looking on the search  engine they  are not hard to find. HOW do you sleep  with the knowledge that  people are being lie to, now you can not say you do not have knowledge that this is going on.

I looked at there site, and this is there ad, and all I kept thinking huge mistake. This is a CT, company who acts as a talent agent in every way, and does not even have a license in CT to be a talent agent. Then there is the problem of them not checking on the people they send out anyone. Legal companys or not, Trademark  infrigment is crazy there espically in southern ca. It is a under ground economy mall.You can Not take a bunch of illegal  companys  put in a nice looking site and make it trust worthy.All the stuff at the bottom, BBB, trust worthy, is not talking about the performers. Hell, in CA  you even wave your rights. Parents wake up, this is not a trust worthy site.All the performers who have no work go up there taking the cheapest work possible, driving 500 miles to make small money they bib with 10 performers to get. This also means they do not have local business licenses. If the performer is any good thy do not have to drive 100 miles  out of town to get work. These are the bottom feeders.I wonder some times if this is a big net to catch all the little fish, like a big sting round up.

Did you forget something, like to become a talent agent first before you ran your business as one for the past five years.

Gigmasters .com now is awarding Lil-star parties in studio city , owner lacy and ali , part of twinkle time,are making a ton of money doing Disney trademark characters ,pictured on gigmasters.com,over 300 jobs all of southern ca , including were snow white lives.Is it just me or has anyone heard of trademark infrigment. Also some how Gigmasters in his pretend   world thinks he is a talent agent. He is not,my only hope is that the state of ca looks at your doing real close. Is it legal to have to bid for jobs with 10 other performers. According to The magic cafe form, people are paying 5% fee for each job, but since its a miniman of 20.00 dollars on a 200.00 job they get 10%. This is untop of the joining fees. When did a listing directory start getting a booking fee.He is not a booking agent. People do not audition for this , they just place there names up there like yellowpages, so you could get anyone. Then to top it off after these people travel up to 500 miles, for these bids they have to pay gigmaster for jobs that he took away from them locally. Gigmasters is the only one that benfits not the consumer or the entertainer.

THE FTC is now looking at the top 3 places on the net, you now have moved from 3 to  5. In your place is BIRTHDAY PARTY CHARACTERS.COM ,who is one of your people. They have a opening picture of mickey and mini mouse on your site, last I heard that belongs to DISNEY. Gigmasters, you make your site look like the companys up there are great, with your BBB, and your secure site sign, but the truth is , that is not about the companys you are sending out, just you, them you take no respnsiblity for.ALSO THE COPPA requires privacy policies,on kids names,address etc,so parental consent is required. The problem is that you are not  required to give out the company information to the parent.  So they think you are putting up legal trustworthy companys, and that is not the case. I called on 9 companys and 8 were illigal. Most even lie about the city they are located in on your site. So parents are being deceived to believe that your site is safe, and it is not, if they look at your user agreement they will see that you take no responsibity for them. Many of them advertise to the right of the net  also,to make sure that 86 percent of the market share is brought up higher. This gives you pretty much all the market. What it gives the consumer is a stranger to hand there kid information to.
