I have been working to get a website created with this company since July 2008. I paid 750 of dollars for GRT to build a custom web site for a non-profit child residential facitlity. The salesperson, Brandon ( who does work there now) told me it would be completed with 45-60 days. The web site has never been completed. After I had a hard time gettting the project started. I was told by Kent Jungling, that courtney (my website designer was let go) Kent assured me that he would get to the bottom of this. for a few weeks the communication did get better. I actually considered doing another site with them but held off to see how this one would turn out. At one point I asked about some of the complaints ont he internet. Kent told me that they were all addressed up front and resolutions were made. He went on to say that all website companies get complaints. Kent called several time about he new site, but still not progress on the current one I paid for.
I have been shuffled between various people Cambria Richardson, Ashley Tonella (she was the last person I spoke with and all I get now is a auto reply) I got a lot of excuses and in some cases wqs told it was my fault because I was not right there to answer some of the questions early on. As of today, I have no site. Even though is was supposed to be zipped and emailed to me in January.
I have not yet requested a refund. All I want is my site. I have contacted my credit card company.
I am planning to contact the Better Business Bureau of Salt Lake City, with the State of Utah Department of Commerce Division of Consumer Protection, with IC3 joint FBI, Bureau of Justice and National White Collar Crime Center on internet fraud

I had a conversation with investigator David Furlong at the Utah Division of Consumer Protection today. Because there are so many victims in this case I believe our only option is to file a class action lawsuit. I am contacting as many vicims of GRT, (Boris and Ashley) as I am able to find online. I believe there are well over 10 (although over 30 complaints have been filed at the Utah BBB against GRT) so there are enough to file a lawsuit. Mr Furlong indicated that the Utah Division of Consumer protection cannot get involved because I'm not considered a consumer because this was a business transaction. I would like to know what you were able to find out from the FBI and the White Collar Crime Center on Internet Fraud. I am willing and able to take this to the fullest extent. GRT Flat out stole $5,000 from me. My story with them is identical to most of the rest. They told me they would get my company on the first page of the top 15 search engines within 6 months! I believed them and then once my checks were cashed the babysitting began, they stopped returning my phone calls and then a year later they tried to bill me monthly maintenance fees for a website that didn't even exist! They threatend to destroy my credit if I didn't pay them an additional $500 in maintenance fees. It was absolutely crazy. They stole every cent I had to market my company on the internet and I eventually went out of business. My email address is grtscam@gmail.com. I would love to hear from you! Also, they are back in business under a different name "Ashton Media". I guess "Ashton" for Ashley Tonella....clever.

Ashley Tonella - One of the primary owners of GRT (when they stole $5,000 from me) now has a new company called "Ashton Media". PLEASE call the Utah Attorney General regarding this matter. She has never been prosecuted for the THEFT of anyones money while she was in ownership of GRT and she must not be allowed to conduct the same type of business under the guise of a different name.
