Global Timeshare Sales CLAIMED THEY HAD A BUYER WAITING IN THE OUT ROOM WE WOULD CLOSE IN 90 DAYS THEY CALLED ME FROM A 407 AREA CODE THEY SAID THEY WERE OWRKING FROM ORLANDO Brockton Massachusetts

Not only did I pay once, I paid twice. I was originally solicited in May 2005 and they claimed they had a buyer in the other room witing. I got talked out of $600 and they was never a buyer in the other room. In Nov 2008 I got a call from a JOhn Milton at Global Timeshare Sales and he said they finally found a buyer and they wanted all three of my units. He told me I waited a long time and he needed all kinds of info to get to the title and closing agent but I had to PAY AGAIN. I express my concern, It was a marketing fee. We went round and round and the buyer was all approved not only was it a 100% done it was 1000% done because the buyer had already been approved for the loan. I got taked twince. As I continued to follow up he became very rude and threatening. Telling me it was a criminal offensive to get involved in these tyoes of deals and I agreed to that on the recorded line. He said ViSA would never give me the mney back because of the recorded line. I had another working on conference with us the whole time. We are going to report this incident to the State Attorneys office and the Dept iof Agrculture for the State of Fl which regulates MArketing and sales. John Milton became so rude at times he was screaming us in the phone demanding letters of appologies becasue we were closing by the 90 thday and the money was coming. I still think there is some limit to the 90 days and he wanted to get us over that date for filing a formal complaint - any ideas how to go after these guys?
