I have had an open claim with this for 7 months - They promised me a cell phone and then nothing came. A week later they told me they would send me a check and it would arrive in a month.  Well, after 7 months I never got anything.   I had multiple calls in to the company and they said they would call me back - nothing happened.    They are terrible, charged me my deductable, and would not give me any status updates.

I decided I had enough - and I did a lot of research.  Here is how you get your check.

Right at 5pm call the main office number.  This is when the switchboard closes but the senior VP Andrew Schenker is still there.   Call the number, at the voice prompt press "#" and then dial extention "7343#".   This is the extention to his desk.  His secretary will answer - tell her your name and you'd like to speak with Andrew.  

When he comes on, tell him who you are, why you're calling.  BE NICE. He will help you.   Tell him that the time it has been since promised a check, and that you need an update on the status.    Tell him that you are ready to go to your states attorny general (which, you should be if you are reading this) if you do not get a call back from him or someone else regarding the status of your claim.   Tell him that you will bring the current cease and desist orders from Florida and Washington to the AG and they will deal with the issue accordingly.  I will link the ordersat the end of this email.

If he does not help you, DO message your states AG.  Do let them know that you have been charged a deductable and that you are seeking information on what appropriate steps you can do to get this resolved, and let them know that you would like them to take action against the company because of mulitple complaints from your state.  There are hundreds of complaints, your AG will not just ignore you.

If you can't get in contact with Andrew, you can try the companies president "Charles S. Pipia" at extention "7474#" if you follow all the other steps above.  Again, do this at 5pm, DIRECTLY at 5pm.  When the voice prompt comes in, hit "#" and then the extention.


DO NOT give up on this - it is your money and you can get it.
