Gold's Gym Does Not Care Con, Scam, and Lies Asheville North Carolina

I ordered a Groupon deal for $49.99 minus 20% for a 3-month Gold's Gym membership. Unfortunately, the voucher's time expired after 60 days but I understand the $39.99 value remains valid until I use it. Yesterday, on 12/16/2016, I went to Gold's Gym to redeem the expired Groupon value and the salesman "Jenkins“ told me I could get 1 month's membership for an additional $60.00. Are you kidding me? That is ridiculous! I paid 39.99 in a Groupon deal for a 3-month membership and now they expect me to pay $100.00 for I month and sign a contract with them! I walked out very upset. 

The operations Manager "Jenna" called me back but I missed the call. I called her back today 3 times when at 1 pm the person who answered the phone said she would call me back in 10 minutes. I received no call I hour later so I called back. I told Jenna that they could have at least offered me the 7-day free trial membership advertised on their website. She said that was only offered in the Hendersonville location. This is a complete falsehood! Jenna out and out lied to me yet offered me another deal at that point and although I would love to have a gym membership, I cannot give these con-artists my patronage!

It clearly advertises Gold's Gym offers a free 7-day trial membership at the 1047 Patton Ave Asheville, NC 28801 828-398-1430 location! I will continue to file a complaint with their corporate headquarters. 

I demand a refund or credit for this order because I refuse to deal with people like this who deal unfairly and have unethical business practices. I especially would never ever trust these people with my bank account number!
