GRANT UNIVERSITY I agreed to pay $1.98 for Grant information Internet

I am reporting this company because I was totally unaware of any additional charges after paying initial $1.98.
When attempting to contact the company by phone on Friday July 18, 2008, I experience a hold time for upwards to 1 hour, before actually being connected with operator.
After speaking with an operator it was explain that I was should have to have been contacted after initial charge of $1.98 and issued a User ID and password. This would have insured access a 7 day free trail to additional information offered by this so-called company. Upon viewing with this assigned User ID and Password, one is given choose to continue, or cancelled within 7 day period to avoid having additional debit charge of sixty-nine dollars and ninety-five cents.

Please understand that prior to this conversation with operator; I was never aware of any I what I just detailed.
I responded to operator that because I was not given any details of hidden charge and never use or could have use the 7 day trail that I was requesting that the sixty-nine dollars and ninety-five cents be deposited back into my account immediately.

The operator then stated she was not authorized to do as I was requesting. I asked to speak with some one in authority, and was told no person as requested was present on premise.

The operator explains she would email my request to corporate office and suggested I email as well. Email address listed appears to be invalid.

Doing business this way is indeed fraudulent and this company needs to be made accountable for its under-handed method of robbing people!
