Green Tree Servicing LLC/ Consaco ripoff Baton Rouge Louisiana

I am also a victim of what Conseco has done to me. First, they had a foreclose sale that never took place. In fact, they came up with three different stories about how they had the sale.
Second, Conseco's ex-attorney, from Richmond, Virginia, have used trickry to evict me and my seven year old daugter out of the house my using a Conseco's name, that is no longer practicing in the U.S. in over a year. The attorney was told by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Chicago, Illinois, that he could not send eviction papers with Conseco's name on them because it is illegal and it would be fraud; however, the attorney sent the eviction papers through mail and had the Nottoway county sheriff delivered eviction papers in my hand and tried to throw me and my seven year old daughter out on March 25, 2004 at 4:00p.m. I called several people in front of the sheriff as to letting the sheriff know that my case is in litigation in Illinois, but yet, the sheriff was trying to continue to evict me in Conseco name. Nottoway county is a "Mayberry" town. Their lack of education of the law is shameful because they believe an out of town person than believe someone that been here all of their life. Nottoway county should have brought this attorney up on "Rico" charges. I have been fighting Conseco for three years now and still fighting. Before all of this, I have tried to work things out with Conseco as far as payments towards my house when I was laid off from my job, which the company to me to send in whatever I had. Conseco sent me back the money and told me that they just wanted my house. Conseco put me through four forclosures, which all of them were bogus. I also filed a chapter 13#, which they removed theirselves off of my claim because they did not want the money from my bankruptcy. I winded up paying off the bankruptcy. Everytime I will talked to them on the telephone, they have threaten me brutally about taking my home, even laugh at the fact that I was losing my house. I stayed upset alot and suffered behind their abuse; however, through it all I never gave up fighting them. During the three years, I managed to put several things in court. First, a common law lien towards my deed. Second, a lis pending was also put next to my deed in the clerk's office. I called the Federal Trade Commission as to the criminal acts that were done to me by Conseco. I wrote to my Congressman on their illegal acts, which I got some helpful information as to how to fight Conseco. I was told by the bankruptcy court in Illinois that Green Tree Servicing, llc was the new ownwer and they decided not to give me a mortgage. They are giving me thirty days to come up with a mortgage company, but yet I nor the new mortgage company cannot get in touch with them to take over my account. Green Tree is practicing the same methods like Conseco. Who ever reads my story, please do not give up because Green Tree/Conseco wants you to give up. Keep fighting them and do whatever it takes to save what you have. I am urgenting you to do the same thing that I am doing. In the name of Jesus, they are going to fall, so please do not give up. Following the steps that I am doing right now whether you are in your home or out of it.
