Hartford Insurance rip-off fraudulent business won't pay claim Farmington Connecticut

A man that is insured with Hartford Auto Insurance caused a multi-car accident. The insured pulled into the third passing lane on a limited access highway (5 lanes, 3 north and 2 south). He then put on his breaks to make an illeagle U-turn. the car behind him rear ended him, the next car rearended that one, the next car rear ended that one, I (the 4th. car)cut back into the center lane knocking off my mirror and denting the side of my car.

Hartford contacted me, sent out an adjuster, and told me they would authorize repairs as soon as the concluded an investigation. It turns out that THEIR investigation concluded that their cliant was not at fault. That would be the guy that got a ticket for making an illeagle U thrn!Causing an accident.

When I wrote back to Hartford asking who They considered to be at fault, so I could send that person the bill for my damages, I did not get any type of reply. I wonder, if an insurance co. investigates all its accidents how many times they decide it is their fault. 0 I bet!
