Heart Check America Health Care Rip-off Las Vegas, Nevada

My wife and I fell for this scam in October of 2010. We paid $4,995.00 plus an annual fee of $199.00.

After calling today to schedule an appointment we found phone numbers disconnected, web site not operational and loads of complaints about this scam on the internet. Due to financing thru CareCredit we are not eligible to participate in any class action lawsuit. The Attorney Generals office in Nevada took our complaint but that's it. CareCredit claims to know nothing about this.(hard to believe when so many people have been taken in and they financed 10's or 100's of thousands of dollars) They said we could dispute the charge. Since I have already paid two thirds of the amount can't see that helping. Since Oprah Winfrey gave a testimonial as part of the sales pitch maybe the richest woman in the world could kick back a few bucks to cover those of us who paid money because she endorsed this company. Has anyone out there recieved any return compensation from anyone ??? Never thought of myself as someone to fall for a scam but when your families health is involved I guess anyone is vulnerable.
