Heritage Acceptance is one of the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! I have yet to talk to one person that has been nice. They all talk to you like you are below them. They have a policy which states that they contact the customer when they are only one day past due. I will admit that I have had troubles at times with being a few days late but my major problem isn't that they call me. My problems are how they talk to me when they call me, how they call all my references over and over, they call my place of employment, and the worst is how they discuss my personal business with any person they can get on the phone. I wish I knew what kind of company this was before I did anything because now I am stuck with them. Around Christmas I was falling a little behind on payments and a lady named Ester had called me to tell me I was 4 days late. I told her I knew that and I was sorry and that I would have it as soon as possible. She told me she needed to know what day I would have it and I told her I was not sure. She said "What don't you know when you get paid?" I explained that yes I do know when I get paid but I planned on having the money before hand. Then she said "Where else are you going to get money? If you are getting other money besides from where you work I need to know!"  At that point I just told her that was none of her business. She said "Yes it is! I also need to know how you will be paying." I told her I would be sending a check out. She replied "Why are you paying with a check? Why cant you call it in?" I then again answered her question and said I did not want to pay the fee of $6.95 to pay over the phone. Then very rudely she said "Now you need to send an extra $10.00 for being 10 days late." I told her it was not going to be that late and I will be sending my car payment amount and I just hung up the phone.

I have also called Heritage several times asking for a copy of my contract, copy of all my payments, and wanted to know what my payout was so I could just pay it off and get rid of them for good. 

I have never in my life had anyone in customer service, even bill collections, talk to me the way the employees do at Heritage. I only explained once instance that happened and there are plenty more. I don't even want to answer there calls because they make me feel horrible every time.
