I contacted Mark Jordan about selling a 1938 Team Signed Detroit Tigers Baseball, Joe Dimaggio Signed Framed Check with PSA/DNA and a Jackie Robinson Note Signed. He tells we will list the Ball at $300 and the Check at $400 etc.. I watched these auctions they started the MB at 1 Cent. I So ok thats fine I am sure there is a reserve like I was told what the items were going to be listed for. These were all sent in early Nov. 2011 and 2 days later I spoke to him again and sent it a complete Tony Gwynn Signed Sunday Blue Game Used Uniform, 1993 Game Used Barry Bonds Cletes Signed, 3000 Hit Club Bat Signed, Barry Bonds Bat Signed, Ken Griffery Jr Bat Signed, 1993 Boston Bruins Team Signed Jersey. Until this day I cant get answer to where all my items are but they state they have them. Yet not one person can give me an answer. I have been told I was going to be called back by Mark Jordan a dozen times. He does not answer or return emails. So now my 1938 Tigers Ball sells for $160 TOTAL JOKE! WHERES THIS $300 starting price or reserve. The Joe Dimaggio Check sells for $300 TOTAL JOKE! WHERES THIS $400 starting price or reserve. The Jackie Robinson sells for over $500 yet the day the checks went outI signed into my consignments and one minute all the sales were there and an hour later with 7 bids on the Jackie Robinson Autograph its showing no sale. The check was $460 for the Dimaggio and Tigers Ball with a GROSS of $366.00 ???? I could of sold the Dimaggio Check on eBay for $500 all day long and the Baseball for $300 all day long. Now that I got screwed out of my items and sent a $366 check. I would not ever tell or let anyone I know consign to this dump of dimwits who tell you one thing and turn around and give your items away! I am still waiting for the phone calls back. At one point they were going to put my items that I sent in Nov 2011 for an April Auction 2012 and not get paid until June 2012. Thats 8 months they want to hold onto my items before you get paid. The Real "Ripoff"

AUTHOR: realclient - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, March 14, 2013

The only "ripoff" is being perpetrated by this thug customer who is enraged that he could not extort money from a legitimate, honorable, hardworking company. Yes, in my experience Heritage's executives are sometimes arrogant and pompous, but so are all other corporate executives. That does not make them felonious or even unethical. I am officially jumping on the bandwagon with those who defend what America is truly about: An honest, successful, rags-to-riches company! The five unique complaints about Heritage that were posted on this website were written by nearly-illiterate, leftwing, bottom-of-the-socioeconomic-ladder crybabies who seem to think that Heritage is in business to royally cater to their every uninformed whim, fallacy, and misconception. I do not believe that a gargantuan auction firm like Heritage would risk damaging their stellar reputation just to cheat these small-time losers out of their virtually worthless junk. I suspect that what is really going on is that five obsessed wackos who have failed miserably at life (versus the satisfied 700,000-plus Heritage customers) did not get their backsides kissed during their minuscule transactions with Heritage, so they are unfairly trashing this outstanding company just to fuel the emotional void created by their failed extortion schemes. Several wealthy friends and I are longtime customers of Heritage, yet have never experienced any difficulties. I doubt that anybody with an IQ above 70 would take seriously the obviously suspect charges made against Heritage, a firm with an unblemished reputation amongst both heavy hitters and small spenders alike.

POSTED: Wednesday, January 18, 2012
I have been in contact with them since this report and Heritage Auction has made good and can be trusted. There was some frustration and everything has been settled. This is how a top notch Company can handle a situation, settle any problem they may have and move forward with Positive Feedback. I will stand behind them and am pleased as to the Professionalism from their part. Thank You Heritage and sorry for the Report left. I hope to do business in the future!
