During May 08 a computer went out on my RV. The cost is $725.00. Heritage approved the repair of which I was required to pay the cost & they were to reinburse me the sum of $625.00. As of Nov 1, I have not received the payment. The administrator of this contract tells me the claim is approved but they have not received the funds from Heritage. Recently I received a call from one of their agents offering to reinburse me the amount if I purchased extended warranty insurance from them. This individual stated that Heritage is under investigation. My initial contract sale price was $5500.00. Does anyone out there have any information about this company?

Heritage TPA, No Reimbursement after 6 months

I have been waiting for 6 months for reimbursement. I have placed numerous calls to the administrator of the contract only to be told that my claim is approved but they have not received the funds to pay my claim. I did receive a call with an offer to purchase additional coverage and they would reimburse me for the amount owed by Heritage within 7 days if I paid the full amount. Around $2700 for two years. The whole thing is a scam. We need to unite & go after Heritage.
