I was a customer of Home Assure.All the promises refunds emails phone calls unanswered. Today I get a letter from the FTC. home Assure is being taken to court for you guessed it false advertising ect ect. not giving refunds
ect ect.Maybe a refund is in the future.But somehow after its all said and done they will just pay a fine and we the consumer will get a free dinner coupon.And the govt. will get millions in fines.I sure hope not my 1500 I paid would come in handy to pay the lawer I had to hire because they did not do there job.Not to mention hours and days I spent trying to get a hold of them.

I should have known better.And I have I got a great attorney local I can see him go to his office, email him,speak to him instantly.What a relief.
