I am a former employee of this pathetic excuse of a company. Yes, they are a total and complete ripoff. They have no policy in place for issuing refunds, but they DO have a policy in place for denying refunds. It essentially boils down to accusing the client of not following the "rules" set forth in their working agreement, even though the client DID follow their rules.

When I went to work there, it was as the executive secretary to the presidents of the company (Michael Trimarco, Nick Molina, Brian Blanchard and Mike Grieco). Once they found out I used to be in law enforcement, they got VERY VERY nervous. Now I know why.

Yes, they do have an INCREDIBLE turnover of people out there. And, what's interesting, when they drop the ball on a case (and that happens more than you'll ever know or suspect) they blame the dropped ball on the most recent person who left the company. Whether it's their fault or not, they get the blame.

On a positive note: Karma does work. HomeAssure has been closed down. There are four civil suits filed against them for sexual harrassment, racial discrimination and retaliation, and I have a federal whistleblower lawsuit pending (I was fired one week after I complained about sexual harrassment by Brian Blanchard and three weeks after I got a raise). There are three federal agencies investigating them as well as 8 different states' attorneys' general filing suits. (I have given depositions or statements to all federal agencies concerned and have been contacted by the attorneys general from these states.)

If anyone reading this wants to get involved in contributing to the existing federal cases against HomeAssure, contact me. The email attached to my account is active and good.

Oh yeah, I read on here where someone tried to look up their address in the Empire State Building. It's simply a mailbox...they rent a PO Box from a company in the Empire State Building. I was told it was because they wanted a prestigious New York address to help support their claims of being an upstanding company.

This company is a true company you go to homesassure.com and you will see that you may have typed in wrong web site they are a true rip off company who promised a 100% money back guarantee if they could nt save your home.for my family they took 2000.00 and gave nothing but excuses that they were in the process of hiring and fireing people who wer'nt doing their job and yes time was of the essence for our family but do to their company and incompitant workers and excuses they wasted our time of the essence and by the time they got their so called comp back on track .I finnally received a call telling me (they found and exactly how they said it) FOUND our file in the mist of the mess laying on a desk along with other peoples files who where just pushed aside in their mess and this was about 2 months later actually in Jan.2008 when we began the process with them in early Nov.2007 BUT ( TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE FOR THEIR COMP. TO HELP YOU ??????? WELL THEY LOST OUR FILE FOR MONTHS WITH NO CARE ( OF OUR TIME WAS OF THE DESPERATE ESSENCE FOR THE HELP THEY PROMISED BUT IN THE END ALL THEIR EXCUSES OF THEIR COMP.FAILURE WAS LEFT FOR MY FAMILY TO SUFFER FOR THEIR INCOMPITANT EMPLOYEES ?????? THEY ADMITTED IT THEMSELVES WHEN THEY CALLED TO SAY OUR HOME WENT FOR SHERRIFF SALE AND WE WOULD HAVE TO FILE EMERGENCY BANKRUPTCY 4 HOURS BEFORE THE SHERRIFF SALE WHICH WITH A 2 HOUR DRIVE TO TRENTON TO DO SO I FILED FOR IT AND ????? THERE NEXT CALL WAS TO SAY OUR BANKRUPTCY WAS DISSMISSED HMMM SCREWED UP HOW WE WENT THROUGH ALL THAT DAY OF SALE AND MISTERIOUSLY OUR FILE FOR BANKRUPTCY WAS DISMISSED GO FIGURE AND WE WILL PERSUE ALL ASPECTS OF GETTING THE MONEY THEY DID NOTHING TO EARN so like i said it is a true website that hurt my family not helped it again (homes assure.com)then put it to the stink or kitchen sink.

Maybe this will explain why Home Assure claims to not have some of the customers who have complained here. This website says the main office does not know of this offer because they dont want others copying and taking their profits.

It sounds like a scam to me so I thought this would be the most likely website to appreciate finding it.

There is an e-mail listed at the top, so maybe it can be checked to see if it is in fact a Home Assure employee, ex-employee, or someone trying to steal potential customers from them, in order to steal from the customers.

after dealing with this company and talk to them to save my home they dont have a clue on how to due this, the only thing they no how to due is steal money there is no money back garantee ,and on top of this made me lose my house even faster then it was suppose to have. just remember thers new employes there every day and youll never get the same person twice on the phone.ill never stop going after this company till i get my money and there ouy of business,and another heads up is the owners of this are hearless and should live over in iraq, then theyll be taken care of.i did some reseach and found some interesting facts about them and just watch the articles and the news , cause you no whats gonna hit the fan.i do have a well known news channel thats going to be doing an segment on this company /and these people well be exposed on national tv show . so all the people who used this company and sit back ,pop some popcorn and watch them on national tv squirm like little you no whats. and see how far the get.ill post another ad so all you people that got scamed from home assure can watch them and ill give the time and channel and day it will be on (hopefully they dont run like chickens when there confronted like most cowards do ,there hearless so they probably will) so keep watching the posting and ill tell you when this takes place ,till then try to keep smiling ,what comes around goes around
