Home Protect Warranty Three claims, three denials Ft. Lauderdale FL

I moved into my house in April 2012 and it came with a Home Protect Warranty. 

I made two calls to them the summer of 2013 regarding the air conditioning unit.  No repairs were ever approved and the unit still does not function correctly.  Not that it particularly matters, but I was 9 months pregnant in a hot house during one of our hottest summers in years. 

I just filed a claim for my dishwasher, which was new when I moved in less than 2 years ago.  The technician they sent, while personable enough, told us one thing.  The report showed another.  My claim was denied based on their report. 

I have paid $300 in deductibles and left with a malfunctioning AC and non-functioning dishwasher and now have to pay to have them repaired, out of pocket, and less the $300 I am already out.  To many it may not be a huge deal.  To me it is.

I was due for renewal in April.  I would never give them another dollar of my hard earned money.  Ever.
