I will NEVER, use hotwire ever again.  I booked a hotel over the weekend and they charged me twice for it.  And in order to recieve my money back from the double charge, i have to fax in a copy of my back statement?? ANDDD wait up to 10 buisness days for anything to happen.  That is horrible policy for a customer and victim to have to do that when all they had to do was call the bank.  I had rent due at the same time and it almost bounced my check!! NEVER USE HOTWIRE!! USE PRICELINE.  Hotwire is a JOKE and they do NOT care about the consumer. PERIOD.
