I use the online bill pay system for household bank and have never missed a payment thanks to it being so easy to make a payment. But these a-holes kept saying I was missing payments even tho I was confident I was making them. I tried calling them 3-4 times and even during normal business hours I got some Indian dude who I could barely understand and they refused to take off the late fees, so I canceled my card as a result.

So they tack on another late fee 1 week after that since I refused to pay the full amount and just made a payment of $20 which was my normal amount. I called again, got an Indian guy, so I figured I should just ask for a manager, lol, big mistake.

I got an English or Australian guy who was such a jerk. He refused to do anything about it. I told him either they take off the late fees and I continue to pay my normal amount or I pay nothing at all and they can mess my credit all they want since it's messed up enough as it is. So he just laughed and said "Sorry to hear that sir, but there's nothing I can do.

So, BEWARE this company and their online bill-pay system which is bugged and doesn't register your payments on time. I even went through my bank statements and the payments were taking out of my account. I wish this company would just die, I'm freakin burning with such hatred for this company as a result of their incompetence, poor customer service and their failure to do anything about it. This company has caused me so much stress and during Christmas time too!
