hp hewlett packard they have installed software on this computer that is junk and after uninstalling it, it is still blocking me from opening security apps that i need. I contacted them and they said they would fix it b Palo Alto, California

I just recently bought the computer less than a month ago and found that they have installed a junk version of norton anti-virus on it that is just a 60 day version to try and get you to pay for norton basically and get more money.

Well I uninstalled the junk version and tried to startup windows defender but it is still blocking windows defender form starting. went into services and set windows defender to start automatic, but that still did not work, so i figured well its under warranty still I will just contact HP. I did and they said yes I will help and gave me a long run around to another tech that could remotely get into my computer and fix it and right when it was time for him to fix it he told me there would be a $50 fee to fix it.

Well no there should not be! That should be what the word warranty means but no they want to section it off as warranty for parts i am guessing and problems with the pc will have to be paid for. if a pc does not work right from the start from things they have installed then they should fix. they absolutely do no back up their products at all.
