Hsbc& Alantic Credit ripoff City Of Industry California

I'm writing to you in regards to my Household credit card account. I been having issues with over billing, bogus charges,inflated rates, and a run around scam.

for years I have been subject to outragous fees own my account. I spoke with a customer service rep to my knowledge that the problem will be straighten out but never were .there will be late charges on my account even dow it wasent late and purchase charges. the dispute department they will always tell you they will look into the matter and this never happen .

I got really tired with the run around with so many charges they always adding on your account seem like the balance was always the same .thats why I officially closed my account but i cant get it paid off because they keep continually adding charges to my account.

the charges went from 400 to 798 after i closed my account and my account have been closed for several years now and I'm still being charged. on July 12,2006 a lady call me she didnt specify the company she was calling for she were treating me talking about things that didnt associate with business. so i call hsbc company customer service rep said that hsbc have sold my account to atlantic credit so i gave them a call.

this person was to rude I tried to dissus my account this lady said to me I was wasting her time and not to call her again unless i have a lump sum of money and that the company were going to put a law siut against me .hsbc and atlantic credit is a scam It should be a law suit against companies riping off hard working citizens
