As of 2013 homeowner has been newly married for over a year now...husband can't talk, has bad case of aphasia from stroke. I attempted to get loan information from Beneficial and they sent back a letter they were doing loan research. Husband had been in home for over thirty years, now retired and disabled.   HSBC recently purchased our home online.  The previous banks were Beneficial, HSBC 1, MTD Financial, etc..My husband had a stroke two years ago, can't talk due to aphasia.  They stopped paying mortgage on a manufactured home and one acre they had owned for 30 years when different amounts and letters started showing up in mail.  Wife died in 2011.  We married 2013   Not sI had been trying to keep property for husband and myself.  There was much work to be done on the 1971 home so we only stayed there part-time.  During the course of 2014 we had a sticker show up on the window that the house had been abandoned.

We had electric on and neighbors were aware of us being there as my husband had known one for his entire life.  (As a matter of fact, this elderly gentlemen helped build the home)  We hired a workman to bring tree limbs and some rubbish to the transfer station.  We believe this workman is a part of a gang from southern CA who intimidates elders and steals their property.  We were upset to see he had moved into husbands house and put a lock on the mailbox.  I told him he couldn't stay there as we needed a place to live.  He held my door opened and stopped me from leaving property.  He said the bank was dealing with him and he was buying the house from them.

Before this happened, we believe he removed hot water heater, well pump, my husbands valuables from garage, etc.  They were taken just prior to his squatting house.  We are attemptin legal eviction now on a very limited retirement income.  We paid electric all winter after getting legal advise.  HSBC bought home in June of this year...right after I put my name on grant deed...several days...HSBC filed a grant deed that they own home. Calibre Home loans has sent us several notices that they want us to keep our home.  Just went to Central CA to talk to Calibre Home loans and they claim HSBC owns home. We/ve been camping out and living in friends homes and motels.  This is theft.
