Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
HSBC illegaly foreclosed on our house in 2012. We filed charges against them, (so we were told) but it went no where. We paid for an audit and found them guilty of breaking 4 counts of federal law.
We hired what we thought was a represenative for a law firm out of New York. He turned out to be a scam artist and is now facing federal prison. I retained a copy of the audit and need help finding someone to help us move forward filing charges against HSBC.
I believe there is a 5 year limit on filing and need help soon since the law suit was never filed in the first place.

Hsbc are a bunch of dirtbags they approved us for a car loan in 2005 and two weeks later they took it back saying we didn't fit their credit granting critiea

I hate HSBC with a passion. They approved us for a car loan in 2005 but two weeks later we hear from the dealership that they taken back the loan and putting us in a embarassing situation. If we didn't meet their credit granting critiea why the **** they approve us for the car loan in the first place. They are a bunch of discriminating pigs.
Well we got the vehicle with a different finance company at a better deal. I made a complaint to the BBB telling the bad experience we had with HSBC and i told them we still have the car. SO THEY CAN KISS OFF!.

What Were The Laws They Allegedly Broke?

Just a few questions...what were these laws you determined they broke? When you say "we filed charges", what charges were filed and in what venue? "It went nowhere", what does that mean? If charges were filed, what was the outcome? Of course, it could be the "charges" were formally dismissed. If the "representative" of the law office went to prison, who is he/she? If all that is true, then its public knowledge. Terms are important. "They did nothing" is much different than "you have no case".
