HSBC Last year i payed my bill at a HSBC bank with 2 checks. My checks never was recieved for payment.I had to make a payment by phone,which is a fee of $12.95.My interest rate went up and the bank refuse to lower it still today. I payed 2bills in year 2006 at HSBC bank.My payment was not recieve,which caused higher %rates,still not lowered.Checks never came back to bank.In Dec 2006 talked to rep at HSBC gave me credit increased on two accounts founded out later it was a lie.What is HSBC about?You need a check to pay a bill at there bank and you take a chance of your bill not being payed.HELP what is this bank about?I have also payed $12.95 because i brought cash.So i had to go back home and call the payment in on time.You also need to bring the statement to their bank.
