lonnie, i have sent you numerous emails and never heard back. my name is ryan childs. my adress is 23 magnolia terrace, martinsburg wv, 25404. i sent you 3 nearly new blackberries in september, and payment has been "in process" ever since. so.....whats the excuse for this?....and just by reading, you have way more than 8 or 9 complaints.

I make and strong effort to help anybody out that has posted on this site.  I do not Lie.  Like I have mentioned before...even though I do indeed make sure checks are sent and cashed...people only post on here if they are not happy...as soon as they get their check they never come back on here and say that they indeed did get their check.  So, I will be very happy if you come back on here and tell everybody that you got your check and we took care of you.

Further, many times I request more information so I can even find the people that are complaining...so I can figure out what happened...but most of the time I don't get any responses so I can even look them up.  So, what can I do?  I post my email address on all of my posts...but I get very few emails.  I assume most of these people end up getting their check in the mail under normal circumstances and then just forget about their post on here...leaving us looking bad.

All I know is that i have thousands of cashed checks and only 8-10 complaints..so that is a very low percentage..we try to take care of everybody but sometimes there are circumstances that are beyond our control.
