ILD Teleservices ripoff Internet

We have incurred an unauthorized charge of $8.27 + tax = $9.97 for a collect call of 4 minutes from Nogales So Mexico on Sun 2-12-06 at 3:49pm from phone # ****ROR REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))). No one was home this day until after 7pm nor did we have the need to accept a collect call from Mexico.

After recieving our bill and contacting our phone service provider (Integra Telecommunications)to dispute the charge Integra told us that since it is a third party dispute we would have to contact the company that made the charge (ILD Teleservices Inc.) We contacted ILD at 1-800-433-4518 April 11, 2006 at 11:37am central time we were told that we needed to pay the bill through our phone provider so as not to incur late charges and that we would recieve a credit within 2 to 3 billing cycles now that 3 billing cycles has passed and no refund has been recieved we again today (07-13-06) called ILD finding ourselves on hold for 1 hour and 40 min with no one picking up our call.
