Oh my god the absolute worst card ever. These pathetic incompetent idiots continue to tell me that I changed my autopay amount from two installments of 10.00 a month to two at 50.00 a month.

They first said that I wrote them a letter stating they should do this then later told me I had asked them to do it by phone.All of that being said they continue to tell me YOU CANNOT CHANGE THIS AMOUNT BY PHONE.

But after weeding through the complete idiots I'll get a manager on the phone as I did yesterday and they tell me it's been changed back. This morning I checked my checking account and there's a pending ACH for 50.00 dollars from them.

I'm going to revoke every cent that I've ever given them but I need to know what government agencies handle this kind of thing and who to report them to. This is clearly fraud as they can produce no tangible evidence of my request and my contract says something totally different than what they are doing.

Stay away from Imagine Master card and Compu Credit at all costs.
