Imperial Car Computer Exchange Refused to Honor Warranty Sent Wrong Parents Ignore email & Phone calls Cary, North Carolina

They sent the second part out, which my mechanic told me came with scuffs and paint worn like it was just pulled out of another car. That part did not work. Again, took several days to get someone to work with me. Got them to send out a 3rd part. This one arrived damaged. The area where the harness clips in was broken and would not stay connected. I exchanged several emails with them asking for my money back at this time, which they said "NO, we sent you 3 already", which I replied all 3 parts were wrong, defective & broken.
I sent them the part back, and did not receive any money back. They say ironclad warranty, this is a complete lie! The salesman at purchase told me these parts are defective and it may take a few to find one that works. I could not even get them to send me one with potential to work. Very bad company. I have all communications via email saved and would gladly provide at anyone's request. This company should be shut down!
