I am trying to form an LLC and went to this site becaused they advertised a $49 fee plus the state filing fee.  As one goes throug the process and answers questions a screen comes up that describes some additional services that are "FREE" so I selected them.

When it came time to check out, the services were not free.  I sent an e-mail to the company and promptly received a call.  I was told that there was an error in the website.  The company refused to honor their own marketing so I refuse to honor them with my purchase.
