Hello Fiorella and Marsha Dasch Shia, I just spoke to Marsha on the phone and was shocked to hear at 3pm Inc. File has not looked at my email that was sent prior to the opening of your business (Friday June 20th 2014) in order to get a head start on my filing of my business name since the first name was turned down by the state of Texas. I would assume that your company opens around 8-9AM my email was sent to you at 6:47 pm the day prior (June 18th 2014) giving your company the whole day Friday to get going on my filing, however I called at 3:00pm the next day June 20th 2014 and just like the first person I spoke to they are driving in there car and pre occupied with other personal things I reached Marsha who had no idea what I was talking about. An Acknowledgement would have been in order so I was aware of what Inc. File was going to do with my request.

It appears your Company is a small operation run possibly by a Husband a Wife and you really don't strive to put the Customer First. You Truly have a lot of work to do on your Customer Service. I believe that Fiorella should have given me some other options on filing my business in order to keep the name I chose, perhaps file in another state? The Second I called your company and reached a Male possibly Kyle, on the phone and he was driving and was preoccupied I should have cancelled at that point. The Male on the phone acted as if he had better things to do. The Order was placed on the 16th of June 2014 and this was my first contact with the Inc File Company. And please keep in mind, Never, I mean Never does any one answer the phone at Inc. File they always call you back later or never. Strange, I can call Legal Zoom or The Company Corporation, and Biz Filings and someone always answers, HMMMMM.... My error was going with the cheapest, Inc File. I guess the saying is true, "You get what you pay for......"  Nevertheless Please be sure the order was in fact Cancelled and Inc, File is not authorized to Charge or Complete any work from this point on.
