Infocision Management Corporation, right wing telemarketing for the masses. Dirty fundraising for Newt Gingrich, Michael Reagan, and Fred Thompson. I worked at Infocison almost two years. They offer you a wage of 8.50 per hour which is good for the area. The catch 22 to this is that if you do not make the 40's per week, you do not get the 8.50 an hour. You are dropped down to 7.00 per hour.

The best thing is the vacation time, needing to schedule vacation days 2 days in advance, whether it was an emergency or what not. Personal days was even better, to not lose your 8.50 an hour you could use personal days. Of course you didn't get paid for it, just made it seem like you were more productive that what you where.

Employee's sent home all the time, because we the employee's could not get raise enough money for the Republican Party. We were required to make 8.50 per completed call an hour. 200 employee's times 8= 1600 an hour.

Avoid this company at all cost's, they are absolutley no good. I have more of a personal experience if anybody is interested.

Thanks for taking the time to look.

Infocision claims to be a Christian based company, yet they work on Sundays and care little for their employees or anything beyond the almighty dollar. I worked in the VR room, where work was getting scarce and people were being called to stay home for 2 to 3 days. Two months ago I advised Infocision that I would be attending my daughter's graduation from boot camp. There were no forms for me to fill out, as I couldn't see working two double shifts, driving all day the following day, being on my feet for family day, then up for graduation and driving back another 9 hours. I am 60 and not capable of pulling those hours off. Then being at work the following day....they wanted their hours from me. That is all they cared about, not that my daughter will, in all liklihood, find herself deployed within the next 3 to 6 months. I was advised by the manager that I would either be terminated or dropped to part time, and would be reprimanded. As I thought of this,I became extreemly upset. Marshall University changed my son's exam around so that he could take it early in order to attend his sister's graduation, yet Infocision refused to bend. That is not only not Christian, but surely not supportive of our soldiers, or their families. In fact, all 7 family members attending, were given their bosses blessing....all but me. Funny, as I now think of it. They were having people stay home for lack of work, but I was pushed to be there to make up time, instead of telling me that they would allow me those days off, as if I were one of the people they asked to stay at home. It seems a lot like discrimination to me. It is sad that my daughter is willing to lay her life down for people like that.

I used to work there...

I worked for Infocision a few years ago and you're right. I'm a very liberal person too, by the way. We had to do non-profit calls for conservative Christian groups. They all had some crazy agendas that 90% of our office disagreed with. We only worked there as a job, nothing more. When we were calling trying to get donations on behalf of these telepreachers banning gay marriage, 2 of the people who worked with me were gay themselves. They were pretty much laughing at the script as they read it.
I remember when we were taking inbound calls for Pat Robertson. Apparently, after receiving several calls from elderly people watching the program, over age 90, I found that he was telling these people to quit taking their medications and donate to him-God will provide... Can you believe that?! I told my supervisors and said that I didn't have the conscience to take money from these people. They basically said that there were no other programs to take calls for and that we didn't have much choice in the matter. Lovely...
I quit shortly after all of that, I couldn't do that anymore. I have too much of a conscience for that job, to basically promote these horrible non-profits that HAVE a lot of money and yet they prey on these poor elderly people who know that they are probably not going to be around much longer and want to reserve their "seat in heaven" (as one of the callers said to me), they are scared and will listen to anything that these hypocrites tell them. It's a shame that Infocision is willing to work on behalf of these companies. Infocision themselves aren't bad, it's the places that they choose to do their business with that are bad.
