This company allegedly handles rebates for Waterpik. After a lengthy delay, rec'd a postcard stating that the appropriate materials were not included in my submission. That is patently untrue and -- of special interest -- EXACTLY WHAT THEY TOLD MY HYGIENIST when she sent in for a rebate. She warned me expressly to be careful to include everything, which I did. 

 

Sniff, sniff, I smell a SCAM and shame on Waterpik, an otherwise (I believe) reputable company.

Earlier today I received an email stating that my original application has been reviewed and approved and "the check is in the mail." We'll see. 

I find it appalling that it required a multitude of complaints by me (to Ripoffreport, BBB, local BBB) in order for the company to do what they are contracted with Waterpik to do. (I've contacted Waterpik, also.)
