Inphonic Rebates Another company that promises and doesn't come thru ripoff Florida

I finally got the rebate in full. They just sent me a check for $500 out of nowhere...A month or 2 ago, I threatened them with taking action thru my attorney. I never even had a chance to have my attorney contact them, (Which he was going to do). I am happy with the outcome, but my opinion about Inphonic has not changed. Scumbags are running the company, and they muct be shut down

I too have been mis-lead by Inphonics (aka A1 Wireless, aka Wirefly, aka Cognigen, and others).

Like you and many others we were not informed of their rebate process prior to our purchases. Nor have they been upfront or forthcoming with why it takes up to nine months and even longer for them to submit their promised rebates.

I have done the following and would encourage you to do the same, don't give up help bring them to justice:

File complaints with:
1. Attorney General Office Washington D.C.(http://occ.dc.gov/occ/site/)
2. Attorney General Office New York
3. Federal Trade Commission (www.ftc.gov)
4. the Federal Communications Commission (www.fcc.gov)
5. Consumer Affairs (federal and state) (
6. Better Business Bureau Washington D.C.
(note: they have been revoked by this BBB because of so many complaints)
7. Better Business Bureau New York
8. Better Business Bureau Tempe Texas - (this is where your rebate went to Continental Promotion Group who handles the processing for Inphonic)
9. Doreen Dennis is suppose to be in the Office of the President of Inphonic that office is located in Reston, Virginia phone 706-636-0333 but it is hard to get anyone on the phone which makes me doubt Doreen Dennis actually exists. She can also be reached at 800-444-9543 but she tries not to answer any of her calls I think she is getting scared because she knows Inphonic is treating people wrong!

11. Another employee at Inphonic is Holly Kapos Office of Gen. Council her number is 202-333-0001
12. Kesha Evans with Inphonic 202-333-0001 extension 131.
13. File complaints with your cell service provider as well.
14. Lastly, please call Wendy Weinberg with the D.C. Attorney General's Office let her know the problems you are having with Inphonic too her number is 202-727-2870.


In regards to Doreen Dennis look for a response from her to you through Rippoffreport.com she is full of words but lacks any action behind them take what ever she says with a grain of salt. She loves to throw up a smoke screen!!!

Brandon, I feel for you my epic encounter with Inphonic has caused me many hours, emails, and phone calls. I hope the above information will save you from having to do all I have done - and get this I haven't gotten my rebate yet!!!!
