Inphonic, Simplexity Lies, lies and more lies..Scammers and atrocious customer service! White Bear Lake Internet

After reading all the complaints about Inphonic, I'm sure I don't have to repeat the bad experience I had with them. It sounds like Inphonic gipped off a lot of people. I bought 2 cell phones from wirefly.com back in November 2006. Their service is fine, the company that gives the rebate is another story. But then again I can't believe wirefly would even be affiliated with such a shady company.

Inphonic is notorious for not answering emails and when you call them they have trained their employees to say "your rebate is processing." It doesn't take 3 months to process a rebate nor does it take 3 months to arrive in the mail. The customer service representative tells you to go to http://www.cellphonerebates.com/ to check the status on your rebate and what you get is a notice that they filed bankruptcy! So if you think you are getting a fee phone, think again because they do not honor their rebates.
