INPHONIC ripoff LARGO Maryland

I was called and offered a phone and plan at a fair rate so i accepted gladly. the name liberty or inphonic was never once used in the sales pitch however samsung was so i thought it reputable. I received the phone in decent time (8 days) however, i've had the phone 3 days now and have yet to use it or speak to a live voice at their so called customer relations center (ha ha). I've been cut off 4 times after being on hold for about 30 minutes at a pop. the phone sent to me is a nice looking samsung however, i can't activate it because i was never given an access code.

I attempted to make 1 call and was told i nedded a credit card! this was not part of the deal. also, the web site is worthless...doesn't even exist. i'm sure that they will attempt to get the 150.00 termination fee from me but...we shall just see about that!
