I opened an account on a trial basis for $1.00, but later received a billing for $29.63 for a monthly subscription.. When I called to find out why I had received the billing, the customer service rep said that I had agreed to a monthly automatic renewal and that I had not cancelled the trial subscription within the 5-day alloted time.. If that was on their web site, it was well hidden and wasn't made clear.. Stay away from them unless you are ready to sign on for their monthly service!  After a call to their support supervisor, I was offered a partial refund - a token re-imbursement to keep me quiet, I suppose.
