I needed to find out arrest report for a friend of mine who was uncertain about last date.  Instant Checkmate came up when trying to locate the public records.  I did not see the disclaimer that is apparently at the bottom of the page.  I went ahead and signed up and the information for San Diego was not there.  I called within 48 hours and was so "lucky" to get half of my money back.  Though the report was completely useless and inaccurate
