 the ad for Instant Checkmate came to me through a yahoo news story...clicking on the name I was taken to their site offering me an initial background check/screening for free. Upon entering the individuals name that I was curious about Instant Checkmate tells me there are up to 4 criminal arrests for this person.So naturally I signed on for access to this information as unlimited for 1 month. After the sign up phase I once again ran this same individuals name with prompts along the way while waiting to load the information...I again saw up to 4 criminal arrests. While on the persons file/page, etc. and clicking on the arrest record tab, I was given others names which were similar or same as if it had navigated off the persons file/page that I was originally on... therefore I was lead to believe that after locating the person that I was interested in, along with confirming relatives names, the individuals birthday, etc, that I would be receiving information, derogatory or not, on the individual only...instead as I previously stated I was given many others names and record when I had specifically requested just one individual...Then to test it further I checked others that I knew for a fact had an arrest record...alas, couldn't get any information...Instant Checkmate claims that even though they have millions of files they claim to have access to...some counties won't release the information...so where is the service and information that Instant Checkmate claims to provide? I want my money back...
