On October 21, 2010 I purchased a real estate system, The Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate. In the package I would receive a real estate manual, CDs, and lifetime mentorship. The company guarantees a minimum income of $100,000 per year. However, I received a manual with faded pages and requested to receive a better copy. Once I received a better copy I reviewed the information and sent my "mentor" emails about getting started. The lifetime 24/7 mentor and the administration email is the same and there is no other contract information. The business is only 2 people, Bill Vaughn and Chuck Hall.

This company gives false advertisement I only received the "The Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate" manual, contract software, and audio CD's. There were no bonus books on CD you have to pay for them online and the lifetime mentor isnt real. When sent an email for assistance to my "mentor" I didnt get any help. When I requested an refund I was turndown therefore I filed a complaint with BBB. Since this business is friends with employers at BBB they are able to keep an A+ rating. BBB dont read the complaints they just closed the case. Here is an email Intellibiz sent me:

Are you crooked or just stupid? The Bonus Books are ON THE CD YOU HAVE. Every CD is made from the same master. If you are too dumb to find them even after following the simple instructions that came with the CD then that is not our responsibility.
Your claims that the company does not utilize professional mentors is not only a blatant lie, but constitutes libel and defamation, so yes, we can and probably will sue you. We are considering it.
And one of the RULES for the mentoring, as clearly stated in the program is NOT to waste our time asking questions already answered in the program. Your "mentor question" was answered completely in the program.
So, you can't follow simple rules (mentoring). You can't follow simple instruction (bonus books). Yet somehow you seem to think your ignorance reflects poorly on US instead of you.
You need professional help.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

You can give a real estate book with definitions and terms much cheaper

Veronda Is Disingenuous

AUTHOR: Bill - (Afghanistan)

POSTED: Monday, June 27, 2011

Veronda's complaint was dismissed when she presented it to the Better Business Bureau because the Bureau has had a copy of our program for years. Veronda's complaint was dismissed because her accusations were found to be untrue (ripoffreport never even checks - or cares). Anyone who knows how the BBB works knows that you do not get an A+ rating out of some sort of "friendship". In fact, we are not even dues-paying members. The BBB is well aware that the CD's do, indeed, include all the bonus books, and no one has ever had to "pay extra" for them online. In fact, they are not even available online. She also seems to have failed to mention that the mentoring is FREE, and the mentors VOLUNTEER their services and resources. Therefore, they simply do not have the time to recite the program in mentor communications. If the answer is in the program, we ask that the customer look first to the program. It is also interesting to note that when she requested a "better" copy (sometimes the print company will mess up a copy) we sent another immediately.

As for her untrue statement that there are "only two people", that would come as a surprise to all the mentors and staff - and to the BBB which is privy to the number of employees.

It is unfortunate that Veronda was not willing or able to follow the simple instructions (click on LIBRARY on the CD to access all the 20 bonus books), or that she insisted on being so abusive right from the start. But then, no matter how good a company or product is, there will always be those few who simply cannot be pleased no matter what you do.

IntelliBiz has an excellent record, and we have maintained an A+ rating at the BBB for over 20 years. That does not happen by accident. And our testimonials, which are documented and certified authentic, show the program works, provided the customer does their part. Veronda was unwilling to put in the effort. That is sad. We prefer to have success stories, but again, sometimes we get a customer that simply expects someone else to do it for them.

This complaint is not unlike another on this site - it claims we charge $10 a month (we do not, and never have). The point is, some people "make stuff up" in their complaints because their complaints are unfounded.
